Dear Mike,
I have been DLMler since about mid 1999 but do not recall a Guy Johnson.
Which is not to say he wasn't on the list.
Just that he was not a regular contributor.
A check on my saved Inbox and google of <Guy Johnson, DJML> did not turn up any links to us.
