Doug Ramsey's Rifftides Blog talks about  Blackhawk nightclub ( now
commemorated by a plaque) and other famous San Francisco sites similarly
commemorated.  I didn't copy it, rather sent a link, because there's an
accompanying video and photos which, otherwise, wouldn't have  been
transmitted on DJML.
