Thanks for the great video and great message of universality.
My wife and I stood a few summers ago at that same spot overlooking 
Moscow next to the ski jump in front of the University of Moscow.

The song is an old standard, but the rhythm is far from OKOM.
But it did send me to the Russian version of Wikipedia to see what the
location is,
