[Dixielandjazz] Plunger and Al Grey

Al Grey continued playing with various Statesmen and Giants, etc., for many
years, almost always with plunger.  He also appeared with European bands,
Benko's, for example.  But, although younger than Miley of Nanton, he is
"old school," not a contemporary musician.
