For my entire life (and I'm 76) we have called it a "Plumber's Friend"

A "plunger" is some kind of swimmer or diver, for Christ sake.

I guess none of you really get your hands dirty with chores like that.

Oh, well. Call somebody to do it for you.   They'll charge you an arm and a leg.

Meanwhile, I'll be listening to my friends play trumpet and trombone,
using a Plumber's Friend!!
