Redhotjazz.

I had upgraded to the new Real Player a couple of years ago, and when I
later tried to download or listen to RHJ, I got zip.  I spent a lot of time
nattering back and forth with RP and got nowhere.
 
Bottom line - I deleted RP and downloaded the Free version.  Lo and  behold
it works.  RHJ was set up to use version 6 or something like that,  so try
the free version and see if that works.
