I've decided that if I attend, I'll buy my badge upon arrival, so that's no big deal.  But does anyone who knows these people know why they have gone out of their way to completely ignore several emails and voicemails?  I've heard this upcoming one is probably the last, and with such a low customer service quotient, I can't say I'd be too surprised.  They clearly don't want to communicate.
