Europe is not the US, Ginny, it's a different world!

Israel is not the Sates either, yet I was astonished to see people out
with toddlers at 1AM upon my first visit in Nice, France.  I cannot
imagine that happening in Poland, for example, although I saw people
dancing on the streets there at more "civilized" hours.

But Spain, apparently, is something else again.
