The Red Lion Jazz Band led by Tex Wyndham has been playing traditional  
Jazz in the Philadelphia area for 45 years. They specialize in  
revivalist Dixieland,  (America's
popular music from about 1985 to 1930. Venue is Grace Episcopal  
Church, 4900 Concord Pike, (US Route 202) Wilmington Delaware USA on  
Sunday, May 15, courtesy of the Tri-State Jazz Society. 2:00 PM to  
5:00 PM.

Band members are:

Tex Wyndham - Cornet / leader / Vocals
Steve Barbone - Clarinet / Vocals
Jon Williams - Piano
Roy Goldy - Banjo / Vocal / Kazoo
Dave Kee - Bass Saxophone
John Tatum - Trombone / Vocals

This is a well rehearsed band that will be playing some barn burners  
and some lesser known songs of the first 35 years of jazz including,  
but not limited to:

Perdido Street Blues, High Society, Taint Nobody's Business If I Do,  
Oh My Babe Blues, Salty Dog, You're Driving Me Crazy, When Erastus  
Plays His Old Kazoo, Mandy Make Up Your Mind, Forty and Tight, Down  
Hearted Blues, Yaaka Hula Hickey Dula, Two Deuces, East Coast Trot, If  
I could Be With You One Hour Tonight and many more.

Come on by if you are in the area. It will be a great show. $10 first  
time attendees and members, $20 general admission.
