[Dixielandjazz] Verse Similarities

A local Dixie fan was bringing up the other night the "identical" verses to 
 I'll Build A Stairway to Paradise" original copyright of ? by George 
Gershwin  and Ballin' the Jack,
copyright ??? by Chris Smith.  Actually, not quite identical, nice  
triplets in the Gershwin for example, but nonetheless interesting.
