I also list Jouve and Terran as the composers of 1919 Rag.
Yesterday I asked our local library to run find sheet music for Rifle 
Range MArch.
If they find it, I'll convert it to a lead sheet and let you know.

So, I'll add a grain silo to your chicken coop.

Looks to me like it was Michael Jouve and Frank Terran and they took it from
a French march...........but I don't know how reliable my source is, so I
wouldn't recommend betting the farm on it........maybe just the chicken
coop.
