[Dixielandjazz] LA Area Jazz Meet 7/3/11

This Sunday (7/3/11) the Valley Jazz Club meets 1:00 to 5:00 PM    at the 
Elk's 
 
Lodge, 20917 Osborne, Canoga Park CA.
 
The feature attraction this month is Fiddle Sticks and Ivory Plus with Pete 
 Kier, 
 
bass (Fiddle); Gary White, drums (Sticks); Mary Smith, piano (Ivory); Bob  
Hoey, 
 
trombone (Plus) and Bob Danis, trumpet (Plus).  This group has  entertained 
us 
 
very well in the past, and is a fine one to hear on this joyous  weekend.

Hot food and a full bar are available.  Admission  $10, members $7, 
performing 
 
musicians and under 12 free.
