Panama City (FL) professional guitarist/jazz educator Ted Shumate forwards this. I suspect there are some musicians and recording companies who would like to stone this guy!

TAMPA A 53-year-old man was accused of copying and selling pirated CDs from a music store, which police said held 53,000 of them.

Anthony M. Daniel was arrested Tuesday after detectives conducted a search warrant at the Music Spot, 4106 N Second Ave.

He was charged with two counts of unlawful acts regarding audiovisual articles and was released from jail on bail of $2,500.
