According to Harvey Thomson's  Web page (I don't recognize the name),
it's on for October 7, 8, and 9 this year.  Page is mostly in English,
but looks like it's more about Thompson's travel schedule than about
the festival..

I didn't locate much information about the festival in English, and my
Japanese is too rusty [been back home for over 40 years] to attempt a
translation.
