[Dixielandjazz] The Merseysippi Jazz Band

This band has recently been mentioned here, in the context of the Lu
Watters inspired revival.
Now Lake Records have released VINTAGE MERSEYSIPPI JAZZ BAND Vol.1
(LACD291), recorded in the 1950's, which features, amon others, the
singer Clinton Ford.
When I heard the band in Liverpool a few years ago, it still had at
least one of its original members (Steve Voce said all are sadly gone
by now) and the singer Clinton Ford.
