[Dixielandjazz] non re-inflatable doll

I was more in Allan Sherman mode (as used by Johnny Barnes) I think, when 
playing around with the song -- whatever Undirty Harry says. 

The parody is also undirty and the lines and coda accidentally missing from my 
previous mail are included below.
