[Dixielandjazz] Coleman Hawkins & Dixieland

I just click "Reply" all the time, which sends it to the "listmate".  If I
want to send it to the list, I have to click CC to do so.......Only time I
ever have used "Reply to All" is when it has something to do with Radio OKOM
as they're usually sending something to several of us .........beyond
that, I have never used it.
More times than not, I'm corresponding "off-list" so the CC to DJML doesn't
even become an issue.
