Hi Norm Nichols, and other old and new friends, 

So heartening to see your posting. Must have met you in my more recent of 75 years. Memory rots, but my heart and music remain strong in that Old Fashioned Love.  Since you are within striking distance, hope we can renew friendships when my Blue Horizon Jazz Band next plays at the the Sherborn Inn, Tuesday, Feb. 15: 18 miles SW of Boston. 508 - 655 -9521.

Dave Radlauder and I worked together since April 2010, to put together three hours of earlier, unreleased recordings with me, including Ralph Sutton, Doc Cheatham, Sammy Price, Kenney Davern, Art Hodes...and comments on making music with them and others. I may be joining them soon --  but never before I get justice for my dearest fan, my incapacitated son, who loves me and  OKOM , beyond measure.
