[Dixielandjazz] Can anyone name this tune?

This song was sent to me to identify.  I've played it for a few friends and no 
one seems to know what it is.  So I decided to make a youtube video of it in the 
hopes that someone here on the DJML (or in cyberspace)  would recognize it.
