[Dixielandjazz] Super Bowl National Anthem

No perhaps about it.

However, I do remember some years back after hearing Ray Charles performing
"America the Beautiful" someone made the suggestion that our national anthem
be changed to it,.  It would certainly be a lot easier to sing

But then, whoever came up with the melody that was sung in the English pubs
never had any idea that it would become the national anthem of the USA.

Does anyone happen to have the original English lyrics?

Dunno what time it is in Sydney right now but I expect I might get my answer
before the day is over.
