Dear Marek,
That CD was recorded on 28 February 1980, so is the logical start for the 1980s timeframe you have set.
It was originally released as an LP on Graeme's Sea Horse label (SHL-002).
It has also been reissued (with an additional 5 tracks from another Sea Horse session, 10 & 12 August 1983) by George Buck on Jazzology JCD-75.
The clarinet/sop sax player on both those sessions, Jack Wiard, is a DJML lurker and has been the invaluable musical director of my Robbers Dogs Jazz Band for the last eleven years.
Earlier Graeme Bell recordings are available on Lake, Harlequin, Swaggie and Bill Armstrong Collection CDs.
