[Dixielandjazz] Milneburg Records

Looking for details about Milneburg Records. The only issue I have seen 
is "George Lewis Plays Hymns". There are two versions of the LP cover: 
one with address "4914 Nottingham Drive, NEW ORLEANS, LOUSIANA 70127", 
another one with "4538 Bluff Avenue, JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA 32225". All 
info about the company and Ed Lewis most welcome.
