Hi Andy:

 From the way the story is written, it would spark a treble damages  
lawsuit under the RICO statutes here in the USA. If true, the MPA had  
no right to interfere in a contractual obligation between Go Daddy and  
IMSLP. Nor did Go Daddy have a right to abrogate their contractual  
duty to IMSLP without examining the facts of the alleged copyright.

In my lawyer days, I would have loved to prosecute a case like the one  
IMSLP seems to have. Sue the bastards.
