Rare TV material from the 50s and 60s,
including a lot of variety shows and specials. Some titles:
quality ranges from just OK to excellent.

A few:
A batch of Danny Kaye CBS shows, with musical guests including Lovelady Powell, Angela
Lansbury, Ella, Buddy Greco, John Gary, Jo Stafford, Edie Adams, Nana Mouskouri,
Harry Belafonte and Andy Williams
1959 Gene Kelly special with Carol Lawrence and Donald O'Connor - in very good color.
1960 Debbie Reynolds special with guests Cannonball Adderley (!) and Carleton Carpenter
1960 color Esther Williams special with Fernando Lamas and a priceless commercial
with a white-gloved Irene Dunne dressed to the nines pushing cold beer as the drink
of choice at her smart dinner parties.
Great color 1964 Bell Telephone Hour with Hoagy Carmichael, Gordon MacRae, Leslie
Uggams, Bill Hayes and Carol Lawrence
And a mind-boggling Hollywood Palace hosted by Jimmy Durante, where he duets "Somethin'
Stupid" with a micro-mini-skirted Ethel Merman!
