[Dixielandjazz] Sacking

Last night I did a gig playing piano with a tbn. & a clt.. Neither of 
the buggers could play a whole melody correctly. I, as the piano player 
ended up playing bass, chords and melody.

This made me think about sacking order as the band gets smaller.
We all know the trombonist goes first but I would like to get a consensus
of opinion on which order it goes from thereon.
PS - the only reason the trombone owner was there was because he got the 
job.
