[Dixielandjazz] Information for those interested about 'Sing, Sing, Sing, '

Hello List friends,

This for those that contributed posts about 'Sing etc

I am going to play a drum solo on this tune, with the big band I am in, 
at my 65th Musical Birthday party, on Saturday, 30th. Actually turn 65 
on 2 May. So I will be intereted in what Mr. Ringwald knows about 
birthdays for this day.

The bband arrangement we have in our library is by David Wolpe and it is 
part of the Hal Leonard Jazz Ensemble series.

Keeping my solos short, so that the band can play a lot more of great 
selected tunes in the 1 hr spot I have the band playing.

Also going to play 'I Get A Kick Out Of You' that have some good solos 
in the arrangement,

I will be playing in other bands I have asked to play spots throughout 
the afternoon/evening, but not in every band.

Might put up a special webpage with photos & maybe video clips if 
possible, very soon.

If drummers on our list, would like the drum arrangements of these 
tunes, they can email me and I'll send as an attachment.
