Oh yes - it is SO inconsiderate of those people who actually seem to
ENJOY Tchaikovsky or Beethoven or whomever so much that they find
themselves tapping their feet or hands in time to the beat. How
completely inappropriate and distracting to those of us trying to sleep
through it.
