East coast musician Bruce McNichols posted this on the Tradjazz list and
sent me a copy.

I asked for and received Bob Ringwald's permission to post it here

Now, if the AFM gets what they're looking for, I'd like to be at the
Sacramento airport to watch them load Bob's piano onto a 747.
