One thing that MUST be added to this story is that the tune was allready sung by Martha Tilton at Benny Goodman's first Carnegie Hall concert, January 16th. 1938.So that would be almost a year before the Andrew Sister version was released. It was an encore allready then for Tilton who had big succes with Loch Lomond in the concert.
The song still is very popular when you play in Germany these days.
