Perhaps they do. The question is WHO listens to them. Most records
of those groups are purchased by the nostalgia crowd. But is there a
new generation of listeners? Two new generations?

In the event of classical music, it's lots of generations.
Traditional jazz - a few. The Beatles - Phil says there are at leas
some young listeners.

We should give it time. If their music survives another 50 years,
that would be an indication.
