For Ginny and others who have a hard time with jazz violin, may I

This master jazz violinist is still alive and was Benny Goodman's  
favorite jazz violinist. Goodman tried to get him into his small group  
some 50 odd years ago but could not because of US work rules. To hear

And Asmussen, now residing in Florida was tickled to play with  
Jonathan Russell a couple of years ago at a fund raiser in Venice  
(FL). You can hear them at: (Sound is very muddy but musos should be  
able to hear through that) Note Svend must like red shirts as he is  
dressed similarly to the outfit he wore with Goodman (above) in  
Copenhagen
