Jazz Sunday: Brian Casserly of Cornet Chop Suey
Nov. 14, 2010 · Noon-5pm · Dante Club, Sac.
"Big B" Brian Casserly, the charismatic master of jazz and blues, will travel from
St. Louis, MO to captivate our audience with his engaging personality, vocals, and
trumpet playing of soulful ballads and blues. He is co-leader of the popular jazz
& swing band known as Cornet Chop Suey. Opening at noon will be the Syncopating
Sea-Monkeys from River City H.S.
If you've never been to Jazz Sunday before, you're missing out.
With 3 rooms of incredible music lasting 5 hours, it's a great way to end your weekend.
Held at the Dante Club located at 2330 Fair Oaks Blvd., Sac. It's only $8 (STJS

STJS "E-waste Recycling" Fundraiser

Hey! Do you have a pile of old electronics? We have the solution for you. STJS will
be hosting an e-waste recycling fundraiser. Bring your electronic waste, including:
computer monitors, printers, old cell phones, TVs... but please, NO MICROWAVES!
(They cost STJS money to recycle.) STJS will need some volunteers to help with:
unloading the e-waste, doing paper work, and directing traffic. Tell your friends
and neighbors.
