Many lovers of OKOM are also lovers of movies. Here, perhaps, is the  
best of both worlds.

The Silent Film entitled "LOUIS", with musical accompaniment provided  
by; Wynton Marsalis, pianist Cecile Licad and a 10 piece all star  
orchestra.  (google Cecile Licad if you are not aware of who she is  
and her 2003 album of the music of Louis Gottshalk. You Tube has a

The film LOUIS will be shown (with the orchestral backing) at one day  
performances this August in; Chicago, Detroit, Washington DC, New York  
and Philadelphia. It is rated "R". For more info  about it see:

It is described as ":an homage to Louis Armstrong, Charlie Chaplin,  
beautiful women and the birth of American music. Who among us can  
resist that?
