    Ginny, Leslie Nielsen is a  terrific comedy player, and he has made 
some very funny movies.   He also had a good role in the comedy, "Airplane," a 
spoof of an earlier (and  bad) movie, "Airport."    I'm glad you found about 
 him.
 
    He played a major role is an early  sci-fi movie "Forbidden Planet," 
which follows a story line much like  Shakespeare's "The Tempest."  That was a 
straight dramatic role for him, in  his younger days.
