There was also the joke going around for a while about the time Rich died.



It seems the phone rang at Rich's house, and the caller asked to speak to 
Buddy.



Buddy's dead, he was told.



Next night, same thing.  Phone rings, same caller asks to speak to Buddy, 
again is told he's dead.



On the third night it happens again.  This time the caller is asked why he 
keeps calling with the request after being told twice that RICH IS DEAD.



The caller responds, "I just want to hear it again."



(No rim shot, though.)
