To this growing list I nominate these: Bobby Higgins, Dick Cathcart, Bob 
Barnard, Randy Reinhardt, Andy Secrest, Johnny Best, Tom Pletcher, 
Howard Peppi,  Doc Evens, Red Nichols (my mentor and first teacher who 
always had a great band, big or small), Don Fagerquist....and more when 
my brain finishes the spring thaw. A few names here are more known to 
musicians,but all played very well - now or back then.
