I am emailing you in order to let you know about a free resource for  
the music community, and to ask your help in getting the word out.

My name is Erika Bustos, and I am the Coordinator of Health & Human  
Services for MusiCares Foundation in New York. As you may know,  
MusiCares is the Social Service outreach arm of The Recording Academy  
(GRAMMYs).  As such, we assist musicians with emergency financial  
assistance grants, helpful referrals and resources designed to assist  
music professionals in medical, financial, personal and other crisis.

On Friday, January 22nd, MusiCares, in conjunction with Concorde, Inc.  
is sponsoring a FREE FLU-SHOT CLINIC, from 1pm to 3pm, at the  
Philadelphia Chapter offices of The Recording Academy located at 200  
So. Broad St., Suite 410, Philadelphia.  The shots are free to all  
individuals in the music industry in the Philadelphia region, as well  
as their spouses and children 18 years of age or older.  There is no  
pre-registration involved; you and your family can merely show up  
during the designated time, fill out a short form and roll up your
