One correction.... Louis did not live in Storyville.  There was another "red
light district" to the west of Storyville.  Storyville was only for white
customers.  The elementary school Louis attended while living with his
mother was literally across the street from the black's "red light
district".  Jim and I took a walking tour led by the man who discovered
Louis's baptismal certificate.
