[Dixielandjazz] Source of lead sheets

A couple of years ago I ordered some lead sheets for Craig Johnson
who lives in Maine.  They were very well done, and he has many tunes
on the website shown.  This website is still in operation, but does anyone
know if he is still accepting orders?  The email address shown below was
delivered, but not replied to.  Maybe in Florida to get out of the snow?
This is a valuable resource, I hope it remains available.
