Regarding the comments that Saloon still shows on the Harry Fox lists:  
Songs before 1922 are in the public domain. So if Saloon is indeed 1921, it's 
in  the clear. Due to legal agreements too lengthy to bother explaining, no 
new PD  songs will be "legally" declared to be PD until 2019 (!!). New 
copyrights are  good for 95 years if all extensions are applied for. Harry Fox may 
be correct;  songs are no longer limited to a 75 year copyright  span.
