There was a musician called Mitch 
who induced folk with good taste to bitch 
and Sinatra to nark 
about Mama and bark 
but some people wound up very rich 

"Thank you; ladies and gentlemen,"  Ronnie Scott would say to an applauding 
audience, "that last number was a response to a request. The request was for 
'The Yellow Rose of Texas' and if the gentleman who asked for that tune will 
think back a few minutes he will find that although we did not play it what we 
did play contained many of the same notes."
