[Dixielandjazz] Pronunciation (again)

Americans tend to pronounce things differently in different parts of the 
country.  Here in the mid West, Cairo Illinois is pronounced kA-ro (hard A) 
like the syrup.  Nevada Missouri is pronounced nev-A-dah (hard A)  while 
Haiti Missouri is pronounced Hay-tI (hard I). New Berlin Illinois is 
pronounced New burl-unn.  There are a lot more and we won't even go into the 
three hundred or so ways to pronounce Louisville Kentucky.
