The LP you mentioned was recorded in Hilversum, on December 10, 1972. The 
personnel was:
Wim Kuylenburg / Bert Grijsen / Ado Broodboom / Jan Kelder (tp), Marcel 
Thielemans / Herman Bekkers / Jan Elsink / Cees Smal and/or Jacques van Wouw 
(tb), Tinus Bruyn (as,cl), Kees Bruyn (ts - dubbed in January 1973), Benny 
de Gooyer (as), Joop Mastenbroek (ts,cl), Fred van Ingen (ts), Tony Helweg 
(bar), Jack Bulterman (p), Wim Sanders (g), Frans de Guise (b), Kees 
Kranenburg Jr (d).
This information taken form the Dutch Jazz & Blues Discography 1916-1980.
I have no information about the 1983 Havlik Band.
