[Dixielandjazz] PANAMA.MUS correction

Dick Sleeman has discovered a copying error. Measures 90 - 94 duplicate the
introduction, therefore the upper strain in measure 90 on the bass clef 
should be Eb-D-Db-C tied to C-C.

I anyone with FINALE can correct the file, or I can send a new one on
request.
