[Dixielandjazz] DJMl member Cees van den Heuvel has passed - maybe old news, but missed on postings

Tere was, though, albeit in sort of "round-about" way.  The "strange
message," presumably the one about the change of address for the band,
was to notify us about the passing of Cees.

I have sent codolences.
