[Dixielandjazz] Question about licensing songs for CD recording

Greetings, all. We've recorded and are getting ready to duplicate our next 
CD for distribution. I have gone to harryfox.com and read about licensing. 
Two of the songs that I believe need to be licensed cannot be found on the 
site. They are:

New Orleans Shuffle
1925, Bill Whitmore

Bay City
1951, Turk Murphy

What is my next step? Do I include these tunes on the CD and not worry about 
licensing? Do I search some other site to obtain rights? (I don't think 
either of these are Public Domain.)

Any help/opinions appreciated. Thanks.
