[Dixielandjazz] Hypothetical question

I've never heard Joe play, although I know of him. I am very familiar
with Mary Ann, who is a great piano player as well as a great person.
She plays with Red Lehr now that Jean Kittrell has retired, when his
band plays in town and she's available.
 
I don't play, at least not OKOM (I play the flute and timpani and have a
degree in music), but I'm a jazz groupie :-)
I do play washboard but have never had the nerve to try it in public!

I am familiar with Red Lehr but I was thinking of Joe Schulte who is a 
wonderful tuba player. His wife Mary Ann is a truly wonderful piano
player 
for OKOM and other styles of jazz. I don't think they play with the St. 
Louis Stompers any more but they both remain as "in demand" players
here.
