Adding to the information Jim O'Briant provided:

"Some of These Days" was written in 1910 by Shelton Brooks. Sophie  
Tucker first sang it in 1910 at White City Park in Chicago. It was  
published in  that year by Will Rossiter, Chicago. Ms. Tucker first  
recorded it in 1911 or so on an Edison cylinder and that recording was  
inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 1995
