[Dixielandjazz] Petition for Music Education in Schools

In California, music *IS* a part of the core curriculum, at least in
those districts that can still afford it. Unfortunately some places
have cut the feeder programs, which will ultimately kill high school
music as well.
Say what you will about NCLB, but it does include music instruction among.
The most proactive thing is to attend meetings and speak up.
