Benny Goodman Centennial

In celebration of the 100th anniversary of Benny Goodman’s birth, the
Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra revisits the bandleader and
clarinetist’s historic 1938 Carnegie Hall concert, performing hits
such as “Sing, Sing, Sing” and “After You’ve Gone.” Joining in this
celebration to the King of Swing will be a living history of jazz
clarinetists including Buddy DeFranco, Ken Peplowski, Bob Wilber and
the JLCO’s own Victor Goines.
